Tasmania Roadtrip - Week 3 - Queenstown

From Strahan we drove to Queenstown and set up camp at the local sportsground (free but donation welcome). We walked up to the Spion Kop lookout you see at the top of that hill behind the sportsground for the amazing 360 views. The Queenstown Gravel Oval is known as the most infamous football field in Australia. The gravel was replaced by the less abrasive silica in 1969 but it still strikes fear into footballers hearts!
